       Seller warrants its products against defects due to workmanship or materials but does not cover the damage due to acts of god, abuse, improper maintenance & operation, dis-assembly of parts, scratches, any defects cause by your own driver or attempted repair. 

1. Buyer should check all goods after received. If it have outer packing damage, please take picture as proof, and claim against carrier.
2. For the defective goods, buyer should inform seller in 1 weeks.
3. Seller will responsible for nothing, if buyer do any maintenance on the defective products without informing seller.
4. Seller guarantee for the defective ones, seller offer free replacement or maintenance, but Purchaser need to prove the defective with needed information, such as PI number, pictures, video, etc. (if can`t not confirm if it is quality problems or not , need send back the defective products and buyer should prepay shipping of sending back first)
5. Gift which are used for a purpose other than which they are designed for, or which has been altered in any way that would be detrimental to the performance or life of the product or misapplication, misuse, negligence or accident shall not be covered by seller.
6. The seller will prepare the replaced goods to be sent to buyer within 1-2 month after receiving the return goods from buyer, but the parts can be sent to buyer within one month after the faulty are on the way to them to avoid delay.
7. Regarding spare parts or replacement buyer will provide detailed info and record for goods return for the seller.
8. The seller cannot change parts, materials design or any modifications for the products without informing the buyer, and agreed by both parties.
